Could Someone tell me the best way to farm norn point?

find groups in olafson. Once there you can get a group into HM and there is a quest that will net you 450pts X 5 bosses. Takes little over 30 mins but you net a lot of points.

Dont expect to get into a group if you are not at least rank 6 though so first fill out a hero's handbook and trade it in a couple times
